So it’s been a month since Random Access Memories was released, but it seems the Daft Punk hype train is not yet slowing down. Fans are still waiting on the French duo’s own remix of one of the most hyped dance albums in recent history but our desires might be satisfied, in the meantime, with this effort by Darkside. The musical collaboration of Nicolas Jaar and Dave Harrington, renamed Daftside for this particular project, sees the originally slick dance sounds get stripped down and fragmented to create a funkier and, dare I say it, sexier vibe.
