Ever since revealing the trailer for his upcoming album You’re Dead! Flying Lotus fans have been frothing at the possibilities of the project and to be honest, I was a little overwhelmed with the teaser with all its psychedelic everything. But this first listen of ‘Coronus, the Terminator,’ has me feeling like I’m walking, victorious, away from some great life tribulation, in slow motion and black and white. Featuring soaring gospel-type vocals and the kind of bass line that makes your heart beat fast, it’s glorious, warm and 100 per cent FlyLo. Take a listen below.
