When Lil Ugly Mane announced his retirement from music, many a gucci tear was shed. This is because the man makes everything he works on – whether it be music or his famous visuals – feel like they came from another planet. When the rap-game zigs, he zags. Well today, true-to-form. everyone’s favourite underground rap king dropped a surprise mixtape titled The Weeping Worm that features six previously unreleased tracks and a bonus video for ‘End Your Shit’ that mysteriously disappeared from the internet some time ago.

The mixtape, which features a slew of nasty rap-experiments, takes listeners on an ominous trip through the modern-day American wasteland. Standout tracks include ‘Underwater Tank’ a joint-effort with hip-hop heavyweight Antwon and ‘Lights Down Low’, a collaboration with DJ Dog Dick (known for his work with Ratking).
