Melbourne rapper and Australia’s fastest-rising hip-hop export REMi is dropping his second album Raw X Infinity on Friday June 6. In the meantime, you can find it spinning as Triple J’s feature album, and it’s also spawned his third big hit in the form of pugilistic track ‘Tyson’. Now the 22-year-old lyricist is back with another announcement – this time, naming the long list of support acts joining him on his upcoming national album tour.
Not content taking just a couple of acts to every city, REMi is teaming up with his long-term collaborators Sensible J and Dutch to invite an impressive and diverse selection of talented acts from all across the country to join them across all major towns and cities. From fellow hip-hop artists N’fa Jones and WZRDKID to in-demand producers like Silent Jay and Akuou, the long list of curated acts for this tour is scarily strong and leaves you with no excuse not to show up early for a bevs-and-beats-assisted pre-REMi warmup.
