Tyler’s recently announced media app Golf Media is now available on iOS and Android with a free two-month subscription. The app is essentially like looking on the inside of Tyler’s brain. We tried to sneak a peek but it seems to be under a bit too much heavy traffic right now. You can sign up here if you want front row seats when it finally gets going.
Signing up will also get you a free copy of his new mag, dropping soon in four to six week’s time. It’ll be called Golf Magazine which is actually surprising, considering you’d think that would be an already existing sports-related publication.
Between this, the Odd Future radio station, GOLF Apparel and his February announcement of an Odd Future TV station, you’d forgive Tyler for not having any new original music on the horizon but you’d also be completely wrong to be so lenient on the dude’s creative ability. According to a leaked interview with Andrew Nosnitsky, Tyler’s got a new album floating in somewhere off the horizon. It’s apparently entitled Cherry Bomb and looks like it’s going to be paired with the magazine as some sort of wider concept.
Oh, and he just dropped two new tracks off that album. Is it just me, or is he starting to sound a LOT like Pharrell? Check ’em out below.
