The latest scheme from the creative psyche of Tyler, The Creator is this video, depicting his receipt of the inaugural City of Boulder’s Keys award. In the video above we see Tyler bestowed honorary citizenship, as well as a flood of heavy praise, in the presence of a small gathering of hysterical young fans. The video was shot the day preceding the rapper’s raucous performance in Boulder which resulted in a ‘riot situation’ outside the venue. It is unclear yet whether Tyler retained the award under the circumstances. To be continued…
