Ralph McDaniels is a pioneer of music television. Years before MTV was doing it, McDaniels’ first music show Video Music Box was screening live concert footage, interviews with artists, and new music videos in 1983. Working both behind and in front of the camera, ‘Uncle’ Ralph garnered success because of his passion. With a long career in the industry, he now looks back on his 30 years on air with Robbie over at Unkut.
