Lady on the come-up Dej Loaf rides shotgun with The Game on what seems to be the first official single off what is currently being billed as The Documentary 2 (but knowing rap’s history with direct sequels to great albums, give this one room to change). If the rest of the album is of similar quality to this track, then perhaps it’ll have a semblance of a chance to live up to Game’s original G-Unit debut. 

The Benny Boom directed video sees the two team up to conduct a heist, with the assistance of a few ratchet lady friends. For a rap video, it’s bordering on progressive that Dej takes not a submissive role, but stands equally shoulder to shoulder with Game’s character without using her sexuality to sustain that position. Not sure some corners of the internet would agree, but hey, it’s something right?
