In this two part interview, Hov goes in on the creation of Magna Carta, his involvement in sports management, the Trayvon Martin case and being a dad.

Despite all the chatter (mainly on the ACCLAIM Facebook page) against the Jigga Man following the release of his Samsung-backed album, I always enjoy watching Jay Z wax lyrical on his work and life. Because ultimately he is still a highly successful, highly intelligent human being. That’s why he’s the business, man.
