The gang over at The Operatives sat down with Parisian producer Onra before his Melbourne show at Revolver in July as part of their ongoing Soundcheck video series, and their interview with the game-changing Frenchman has just gone live.

Now, six records into his career, Onra has established himself as a leading figure in the world of hip-hop production. As well as discussing the ever-blurring lines between hip-hop and electronica and where he fits, Onra talks about how he first discovered music when he was ten years old and what it’s like playing at the most revered clubs around the world.
