RiRi has collaborated with Budweiser, and director Ron Howard, to create a short, 11 minute, documentary titled Half of Me.

The doco attempts to break down Rihanna’s relationship with her massive fan base, featuring footage from her Diamonds World Tour, and snippets of interviews with herself and her fans.

Talking about how her fans are her life and responsible for getting her to the level of fame she’s at, Rihanna seems a very different person to her current ‘I don’t give a fuck’ persona.

“Everything that I’ve acquired and everything that I’ve accomplished, I really owe that to my fans. It’s really them that made it happen, so they mean a lot to me. My fans they mean everything to me,” Rihanna says in the clip.

Nonetheless, her fans worship her and the ones included in this documentary are testament to that.  They love her for doing, saying, and being exactly what she wants.

“We don’t have to apologise for being ourselves – we don’t have to apologise for being normal,” one fan comments.

I don’t know if normal includes dying your hair grey or cutting it into a mullet, but I think the whole idea here is to not give too many fucks and just concentrate on doing your thing.
