Last night, ASICS brought art and originality to the Onitsuka Tiger day-one store launch in Sydney’s Queen Victoria Building. Australian brand Ambassadors Benji Marshall, Greg Inglis, Tim Grant, Kurt Tippett, Jesinta Campbell and Shannan Ponton served as Onitsuka Tiger collaborators for the night by working with graphic designers Bob Hope and Mike Watt to design artwork on all-white pairs of Onitsuka trainers. Other guests at the event were given the chance to be unique as well when Hope and Watt treated them to their own on-the-spot customizations. The artwork continues tonight from 4pm til 9pm and Saturday 18 May from 11am to 3pm when shoppers will be able to have their own sneakers customized by Hope and Watt at the new Onitsuka Tiger store, which is located at Shop 59-61 Lower Ground South, Queen Victoria Building, 455 George St Sydney, 2000.
