Celebrating the long time relationship between the iconic NYC street artist with the world’s best-selling cognac, Futura and Hennessy took their promo tour around the US, Europe and Asia. Last week, the legend himself landed on Australian shores to launch the Hennessy V.S. Futura limited edition bottle. There was a day of street art themed events throughout Melbourne, including a street-art tour, an in-store signing, and a lecture where Futura shared his pearls of wisdom with eager fans.

Following the daytime action was the official launch party. Lucky party-goers were invited to Melbourne’s Donkey Wheel House to sip on Hennessy cocktails while Futura painted live. The huge white canvas (made of entirely of individual Hennessy bottles in crisp white boxes) was later disassembled and dispensed to the crowd.

Futura’s signature ‘Atom’ design will appear on 360,000 individually numbered bottles globally. The Hennessy V.S. Futura limited edition bottle sells for $70 and can be found at selected retailers nationally.
