Boston-based sneaker retailer Bodega aren’t shy when it comes to collaborating, having worked previously on sneakers with Reebok, and a long list of other cool brands (Vans, Adidas, Saucony, New Balance and Asics, to name a few) they now turn the Bodega eye to the ‘bok once again, adding some new school flavours to a classic shoe, the Ventilator.

The shoe features a slick colourway of red, blue, grey and black, that seamlessly blend together with the desired materials of pebbled leather and rich suede, and if that’s not interesting enough for you you’ll be happy to know that the kicks are generously sprinkled with black polka dots.

But this drop isn’t just about an interesting upper. The back-story is probably just as fascinating, with former Bodega intern ‘Terry Blay’ involved in, among other things, a “hamfisted attempt to sell the Bodega x Reebok Ventilators to resellers, and pocket the proceeds”.
