Apparently the colour red stimulates breathing and promotes a faster heartrate, and it’s the colour of lurrrve – which is probably why we LOVE the new Vans OTW Collection ‘Running Red’.

Dropping this US spring, the collection uses two silhouettes – Ludlow and Piercy – and is inspired by vintage athletic show styling.

The banging red collection uses a combination of premium suede and lightweight nylon uppers stacked up on top of outsoles which feature the classic Vans waffle tread traction, a neat link back to the company’s heritage.

Fitted with tonal eyelets, stark white laces and laser-etched branding on the tongue, the Running Red releases of the Ludlow and Piercy kicks are available for delivery this month at select OTW retailers.
