High fashion Belgian design house Maison Martin Margiela has released this new sneaker, drawing on DIY street style. The sneaker is black leather with almost crudely painted silver panels and tongue. The high-tops also have contrasting cream laces to match the cream inner, and a signature 0–23 numbered patch stitched to the tongue.
