Nike re-release Air Max 95 ‘Neon’

So this is what a deconstructed sneaker looks like

Posted by

Nike is reviving the Air Max 95 Ultra ‘Neon’. First released in 1995, the new model preserves the classic Nike build but is given panels of mesh and foam, with a more streamlined design. Featuring visible Flywire cables across the body of the shoe that connect to the laces, the 2016 renewal has a sleeker, futuristic feel with an emphasis on technology.

The bubbles in the outer sole have remained, which exist, of course, to give the sneaker extra cushioning. The quirky, almost mechanical sort of look, shows the inner workings of the sneaker on the outside rather than being hidden by additional panels. The date for the re-release has yet to be set, so keep posted.
