This year marks the 30th anniversary of legendary American metal band Suicidal Tendencies‘ very first record. To celebrate, streetwear label OBEY have linked up with the band to create a special collection in honour of this major milestone. Suicidal Tendencies were a huge influence on the iconic graphic designer Shepard Fairey and his brand, which gave perfect reason for the OBEY team to collaborate with Suicidal Tendencies founder Mike Muir along with two of the artists behind the band’s famous artwork. Paying homage to the original artworks, the collaboration features notable Suicidal Tendencies graphics while incorporating OBEY’s signature motifs throughout the collection, which includes short and long-sleeved t-shirts, hoodies, jackets, button-ups and caps.
