The Proof story started in January 2011 when the Dame brothers, growing up in the wood industry, started to make shades out of their grandpa’s sawmill. Now, they’re a frontrunner in hand-made sustainable wooden eyewear.

The environmentally conscious Proof crew assure us that they replant the wood they use in the manufacture of their sunglasses. Not only that, but, for every pair of shades sold, they fund sight-giving surgery for the needy in India. They really are staying true to their ‘LOOK GOOD. DO GOOD’ slogan.
