Hailing from the Capital of the United States, Washington DC streetwear brand SPKSMEN has just sent notice to the world about a new snapback–manufactured by the vaunted Starter Black Label program–that will be releasing sometime during this upcoming Summer. The brand is very light on details as no specific release date has been given, but we do know that this style is called the “Tribe” because of it’s similarity to the alternate logo of the NHL team, the Chicago Blackhawks.
