Staple X Stay High 149 – Tribute Tee

Staple pay their Respects to the Late Stay High 149

Posted By Lara Chan-Baker |

In June this year, pioneer graffiti write Gordon Wayne Roberts aka Stay High 149 aka The Voice of the Ghetto passed away at the age of 61 years old. In memory of the legend, the Reed Space is selling 149 limited edition t-shirts coinciding with the online benefit High Maintenance: A Tribute for Stay High 149. The tee features a photograph by Martha Cooper on the front, with the Stay High 149 tag printed on the back – a signature that remains one of the most iconic and important ever to grace a train, bus, wall, and now t-shirt. All proceeds go directly to Stay High 149’s family so if you’re keen on supporting this wonderful cause, stop by the Reed Space online store to purchase a shirt.
