With issue 31 hitting shelves in a matter of days we thought now was a good time to give you a sneak peek at one of our fashion shoots from the issue titled ‘N’Chanted’, which features the iconic CAT Colorado boot.

Taking style cues from late ‘90s-era girl groups, the shoot was shot by Melbourne photographer Hunter Ryan and styled by Marcelle Lourie. Given the throwback theme, the shoot was the perfect place to showcase some product from CAT footwear. Back in the day, CAT began as a clothing and footwear brand that catered to the industrial workforce, but it was soon adopted into street culture due to its authentic style and no-nonsense attitude. The ‘90s silhouette has taken on many incarnations and transcended many subcultures over the years but has never waned from its originality and heritage. The CAT footwear brand is relaunching here in Oz and you will be able to scope some of the new designs at our upcoming issue 31 launch party, featuring the Underachievers which is sponsored by CAT.
