Marc Jacobs & Yayoi Kusama ‘The Encounter’

The collaborative line between Japanese conceptual artist Yayoi Kusama and Louis Vuitton that we’ve covered previously is shaping up to be one of the most hyped releases this year.

To add fuel to the fire, Louis Vuitton just released this short video featuring Marc Jacobs reflecting on his first meeting with Kusama in 2006. The creative director seems genuinely passionate about the artists work, so hopefully that enthusiasm will be reflected in the range that drops in late July.
