Miami takes centre stage in this latest Nike commercial featuring Miami Heat star and four-time NBA MVP LeBron James. The spot titled ‘Training Day’ sees LeBron well… training, joined by a stack of workout partners in the form of kids on bikes. The ad then follows him riding his bike through Miami, swimming in the ocean and jogging through the city. It’s a real feel good number, not unlike that Gatorade ad I used to love as a kid – Like to Be Like Mike.

Watch the ad above… something that’s been bugging me though… is it just me or does the song kinda sound like Katy Perry’s ‘Firework’?

The release of the spot coincides with the LeBron 11, his latest signature shoe. James and the two-time defending NBA champion Heat open the season Tuesday against Chicago.
