It’s true, nothing good can come from wrapping your feet in shoes. Whenever I look back on my shady shoe history all I remember is: dead-end jobs, long school days and funerals. There’s one exception: weddings. But even after a wedding, all I seem to remember is filling up on too much free booze and Polaroid-flashes of my drunken robot dance manoeuvres and shuffling leather shoes. All of my fondest memories have been had in a sneaker. Gigs. Festivals. House parties. All of those experiences have been had ankle-deep in sneak.
