KENZO’s campaigns keep getting more and more abstract. Teaming up again with the Italy’s TOILETPAPER magazine, the film takes inspiration from director David Lynch. The film plays on the distorted imagery and mirrors that “lead to another dimension.” Like previous TOILETPAPER and KENZO collaborations, the film is bold and colourful working in the idea of fantasy versus reality.

“This being our third collaboration, we were interested in figuring out ways to evolve the past concepts into something that felt different but still in the spirit of both KENZO and TOILETPAPER. Since the collection was inspired by David Lynch, it was natural for us to incorporate some of the emotions we experience when seeing his work.” – Carol Lim
