Rebellious Chinese contemporary artist and activist Ai Weiwei has a new showing of his exhibition Forever Bicycles in Toronto, Canada as part of the city’s Nuit Blanche arts festival.

Originally shown in Tapei in 2011, the reconfiguration is a sculpture made of 3144 bicycles, and is 30 metres long and nine metres wide. The incredible spectacle is being accompanied by screenings of the documentary Ai Wiewei: Never Sorry.

Ai Weiwei’s Forever Bicycles will be shown in Nathan Phillips Square, Toronto from October 6 to  27.
