In a series of long exposure photographs that I wish were a real natural phenomenon, photographers Sean Lenz and Kristoffer Abildgaard have teamed up for ‘Neon Luminance,’ a combination of 30 second to 7 minute exposures of high-powered Cyalume glow sticks, road flares, headlamps and moonlight in nature. The glow sticks, which were never opened or poured into the water for pollution reasons, were strung together and thrown into the Northern Californian waterfalls to create different colour trails and patterns.
