Shannon Rush is right up there as one of the most unconsciously nice dudes you’ll ever meet. He’s also having an exhibition at Rooftop Art Space you should check out.

Rush is an artist from New Zealand, living in Australia, whose affiliations with skateboarding in both countries run deep. He’s exhibited his drawings and photographs at August Gallery and the revered Arcade in Auckland, but those not familiar with his work can find his illustrations throughout Geoff Campbell’s instant classic – Cunnies Box, that features about every spot worth skating in Melbourne.

Rush’s exhibition, The Right Stuff, features photographs and illustrations that show you what he’s been getting his kicks from in the past year. Come have a beer on Monday, March 16, to see it for yourself.
