The great people at IPF (Independent Photography Festival) have been putting together one of the most unique photography festivals in Melbourne for the last two years and they’re looking to bring it back again in 2015. The only thing is, IPF need funding and they’re after your help. Their campaign is on Pozible right now and they’ve raised $4.8k and need another $1.2k before June 1st.
Seriously, let’s help support a really good cause. IPF are helping local and international independent photographers that are all extremely talented. The annual program is comprised of a diverse, nine-day series of solo and group exhibitions, publication launches. There’ll also be premiere screenings by Australian photographers and international guests, guest speakers, practical workshops, and a photo prize that welcomes submissions from all interested photographers around the world.
There’s only 8 days left so head over to their Pozible campaign now to read more about where the money will be going. Depending on how much you put in, you might even get a cool little gift out of it (dibs on that Action Bronson pin).
