For some people graffiti is all about playing games with the authorities, but this person in England took it a little more seriously. Street artist Mobstr noticed that on the side of this building where the area painted red was tagged, it was painted over, but graffiti on the unpainted bricks would be washed off.
Over the course of a year the artist painted words instructing the worker on how to remove the graffiti, which was undoubtedly frustrating as hell for the council worker. It’s an interesting experiment and in the end it isn’t possible to say exactly who won. Take a look at the progression in the gallery above.
