London has long been a mecca for graffiti, but the city’s tolerance has been tested to that point that available spots are few and far between. TVSpectre spent the day with the Ground Release guys as they painted in London’s Trellick Tower courtyard – taking some time to reflect on the current state of graffiti in England.
