While in the process of moving from his home in the UK to his new studio in San Fransisco, street artist Ben Eine discovered that, by law, he couldn’t bring all of his paint with him. Instead of giving it away or throwing it out, he decided to give it back to the city that made him by painting a couple of walls for the people. Writing both ‘extortionist’ and ‘protagonist,’ the artist explores the idea that everything isn’t as it good as it always looks.
