Philip K. Dick is one of the most important and prolific science fiction writers of the twentieth century. A creator of complex stories which were often sold simply as pulp paperback such as ‘A Scanner Darkly’ and ‘Do Androids Dream of Electric Sheep’ (which was later adapted into the seminal Cyber-punk film ‘Bladerunner’). During his life, Dick wrote 44 novels and over 120 short stories which were translated and distributed across the world. With translation often came different covers designed to attract readers in various markets and regions.
