Last week photographer Jonathan Leder announced he would be publishing a collection of previously unreleased images taken from a photoshoot with Emily Ratajkowski back in 2012.

The collection, titled Leder/Ratajkowski, features 71 NSFW polaroid images of EmRata. However, the brunette bombshell at the centre of this photoshoot has finally given her two cents on the release of these images, and she’s not happy.

EmRata took to Twitter earlier today to express her displeasure at what she says is a “violation” of her public image.

“I’ve been resisting speaking publicly on the recently released photos by Jonathan Leder to avoid giving him publicity. But I’ve had enough,” she said in one tweet.

The British-born model went on to say the photos were only intended for the “artful magazine shoot” in 2012. She also said the release of these images contradicted everything she stood for, which she clarified as “women choosing when and how they want to share their sexuality and bodies.”

This wouldn’t be the first time Ratajkowski has been outspoken about women’s ownership of their bodies, so it’s somewhat surprising that the model’s permission was not confirmed before the book’s announcement. As of yet, there’s been no response from publisher and photographer Jonathan Leder.
