You probably know Flying Lotus for his experimental electronic music, but now the LA-based artist is branching his creative practice out into the world of film. Flying Lotus made his filmmaking debut this year with a short titled Royal premiered at the Sundance NEXT Festival. And there’s more to come – for he has announced that a feature length film called Kuso is on its way.

We don’t know much about the film yet, although FlyLo has been teasing his fans with what it may involve. The artist tweeted yesterday “Anyone wanna watch @elijahwood be chased around by dreadlocked titty monsters with uncircumcised butts ? Pls RT #kuso #spoilers” and “I also need a special fx genius to get involved. I’m filming a mutant bukkake esque scene. #kuso“.

A feature length film that combines Elijah Wood, dreadlocked titty monsters, and bukkake? Kuso is sure to be a blockbuster hit.

Joining Elijah Wood will be Parliament/Funkadelic frontman George Clinton, and most likely Craig Robinson from The Office, as well as Kaitlin Olson from It’s Always Sunny in Philadelphia.

Flying Lotus is aiming to get the film done before the next Sundance Film Festival, which takes place from January 19 to 29 2017. So you won’t have to wait too long to feast your eyes on his latest cinematic creation. For further updates keep on eye on FLYLO’s twitter page here.
