Trains and burgers are two Melbourne identifiers that thanks to Jimmy Hurlston can now be enjoyed in unison. Hurleston’s Instagram is testament to a burger fascination that’s lead him to publish a book on patties and buns and now open a restaurant for them too.

His new burger joint, Easey’s, allows diners to chow down inside train carriages that are perched five stories high. He’s said the burgers are to contain “Ruthless multiple patties with bacon and no vegetables” which, judging by his ‘gram is something he’s serious on following through on. Head to the End to End building in Collingwood to check out a burger restaurant in a location that’s as trill as it gets.
