Nicki Minaj sits down with Nylon to talk all things, music, Meek Mill, and her latest foray into acting.

And by all accounts, she appears to be in a healthy mental space to take on her love of the big screen while delivering a follow up album to The Pinkprint. She’s also inked a major distribution deals for her own moscato line, adding “I’ve always been a businesswoman, before I had $10 to my name”.

Opening up about her relationship with Meek Mill, she highlights the importance of security, and how her bossiness is celebrated so she can ‘remain a queen’. Her goals in acting are quite clear, as she’s adamant that her characters will never be ‘Instagram thots’ and will always strive to deliver depth in her on-screen performances.
