Mitch Robertom has been a busy lad since taking out the Victorian leg of SbA’s 2012 Am Series (eventually placing second in the finals)—he recently joined the Lurkville team and landed a very respectable 8th spot in the first round of the Pro/Am Series. We PRO-Filed Mitch ahead of his appearance at this weekend’s Shocklands.

My name is… Mitch Robertom.

I live… in Craigieburn, Melbourne.

Besides from skating I also spend time… partying, chillin’.

My parents always thought I was going to be… continuing with my education.

The trick that took me the longest to stomp was… kickflip.

In high school I… just schooled it ha ha.

When I’m skating I listen to… Black Sabbath, Led Zeppelin.

The last thing I did that I regret now was… not skating earlier.

To prepare for Shocklands, I will… skate and sleep.

On the evening before the comp, you’ll find me… skating, drinking or chillin.

The first thing I’ll do after the comp is… chill out.

My lucky charm is… freeballing ha ha.

Morgan Campbell caught up with Mitch not too long ago, read the full interview at SbA. Shocklands goes down at Docklands this weekend. Get all the details here and directions to the event here.
