It’s been a harrowing 24 hours for the family and friends of former NBA player Lamar Odom, while he remains in a coma in a Las Vegas hospital. Things aren’t looking great for the athlete, whose tumultuous past and history of drug addiction has been well-publicised, and authorities confirming that he had multiple substances in his system, including cocaine and sexual performance enhancers. Ex-wife Khloe Kardashian, and other high-profile family and friends, have flown to Vegas to be by his side.

Stars and fans have taken to Twitter and other social media to show their support for Lamar, while some others are still using the situation to throw shade at the athlete’s troubled past and reality TV affiliations.

So far, Kendall Jenner has been the only one of the usually social media-friendly Kardashian family. And in a kind of creepy (or maybe typical) fashion, Lil Wayne actually tweeted ‘RIP’, so we’re not sure if he was misinformed or knows more than all of us. Lamar’s likelihood of recovery is still unknown at this stage but it’s reported that Khloe is set to make ‘medical decisions’ soon. Stay tuned for updates.
