Tyler, the Creator does not seem to stop working. Somewhere in between travelling and touring he’s managed to work on a new animated series which has just been launched on his Golfwang app. The Jellies revolves around a family of jellyfish (yes), specifically their adopted son Cornell. As with most things Tyler does, it’s pretty weird but hilarious and provides him with a way to experiment with scoring and “bad voice overs”. It joins the bevy of other tripped out adult-centric cartoons that have been hitting our screens in recent times but with a more hip-hop culture references, which ain’t a bad thing.
Tyler also took to Twitter to share a cryptic image indicating that there was something new to be released via Golf Wang. All it revealed was the time and that we absolutely had to see it.

Reddit is already speculating about what it could be, with the medium suggesting it might be new merch more than anything else but it looks like we’ll have to keep an eye on golfwang.com over the next day to find out.
In the meantime, check out the trailer above to get a feel for what’s in store for The Jellies this season.
