Palace Skateboards welcomes Queens, NY native Shawn Powers to the team with this clip of Powers shredding through the streets of NYC. Shot with a VHS camera in 2013, the clip is raw, and reminiscent of what would be typically shot for skaters welcome clips in the ’90s.

Being one of the only American riders to be currently sponsored by Palace, Powers’ clip pays homage to the Big Apple streets – a nice touch to welcome a new member to the crew.
