William Shatner has unveiled his tribute to the late Leonard Nimoy: a mosaic of selfies depicting Twitter users posing as Spock. Nimoy, who portrayed Mr. Spock in the Star Trek franchise for the better half of a decade, sadly passed away earlier this year at the age of 83. Shatner put the call out on Twitter for his followers to submit pictures of themselves pulling their best ‘live long and prosper’ pose, modelled after a photo of Nimoy himself.
The mosaic was a submission for GISHWHES, the ‘Greatest International Scavenger Hunt the World Has Ever Seen’, a yearly event hosted by actor Misha Collins. The image has also apparently been submitted to the Guinness World Records, but Shatner hasn’t specified as to the submission category. Check out the Shatner’s tribute to Nimoy in the gallery above.
