Most people (like me) are too lazy to actually work for a good sandwich, we kind of just throw together whatever we have and hope that it tastes half decent. Well Andy George of How To Make Everything has gone to ridiculous lengths to create his own sandwich, with the process involving milking cows, almost getting arrested, and killing a chicken.

“I spent six months and $US1500 to completely make a sandwich from scratch. Including growing my own vegetables, making my own salt from ocean water, milking a cow to make cheese, grinding my own flour from wheat, collecting my own honey, and killing a chicken myself,” George said.

All that time, and all that money, to make a sandwich that ended up being “okay”? I’ll pass. It’s an interesting look into how all our ingredients come to be, though. Check the video in the gallery above.
