The Race Across America is a 12-day cycling race, covering 3000 miles from the west to east coast of the USA, and it’s a hell of a way to experience the country, especially at the height of summer. For writer Dove Schwencke, supporting her father throughout the course of the race, this meant getting the opportunity to visit some of the more isolated areas of America… from the air-conditioned comfort of an RV, of course. Here are some of her highlights, captured on 35mm.
