Last month, we brought you the first teaser for the third and final Human Centipede film and now, we’re bring you the full trailer in all its campily disgusting glory.

The new trailer has revealed more from the plot of the weirdest and most ambitious Tom Six project yet. Gore fans may be disappointed as it looks like the third film will move away from the full-on horror elements of the second film, opting for toned down the gore in favour of a more comedic script filled with a corral of psychos.

Human Centipede 3: Final Sequence centres around a prison with the highest rate of violence in the American penal system with inmates kept in check by a warden that’s fond of using medieval torture methods to control his prisoners. In a bizarre internal spin of the Human Centipede mythos, he’s inspired to expand his brutal approach after watching the first two films and convincing the prison staff to help him create the longest human centipede ever.

Human Centipede 3 will be released in select cinemas for download from May 22.
