Maybe I’m a little messed up but there is something oddly entertaining about watching fall over, or in this particular instance, collide mid-air with a remote controlled quadcopter with a camera mounted on it.

This clip starts out with all the makings of a great skate vid: dudes have gone with the camera-mounted quadcopter to provide that dramatic, aerial POV, the park is backed by the pink and orange hues of the sunset, and skater guy is having a very sweet run. Cue what would have been a pretty impressive flip by skater guy and it’s lights out for quadcopter cam.

Admittedly, with the copter being remote-controlled and all, I would have thought this could have been easily avoided but then again it might not have been quite as LOL-worthy.
