I am sus on Sydney duo, Alba. Either they’ve been ingesting entire packets of Codral or they just naturally keep soldiering on. The production duo have been riding a high of late – with all kinds of notches being punctured into what is left of their belts.

Alba have international ambitions. They have supported Mount Kimbie, Gold Panda and Four Tet. Just last week they put out a remix of ‘On & On’ by UK act Snakehips:

They also just finished up a remix of ‘The good life’ by Sydney homegirl, Elizabeth Rose:

In September, their EP Knokke/Law became the first EP to be released by Sydney vinyl imprint, Plastic World. Cut to right now, and they’re hand delivering the EP to the clubs as they kick off a national tour in support of the release. I envision the club shows to look a little something like this:
