Since the announcement that the New York duo Issa Dash and Ak better known as The Underachievers would be joining the Brainfeeder stable of artists the mixtape Indigoism we were promised as far back as August has yet to materialise. Put it down as an unfortunate side affect of the groups recent signing as they get their house in order for future releases through the seminal record label that acts like The Gaslamp Killer and Mr. Oizo call home.

We’re not the only ones hungry for something to sink our teeth into with the groups avid fan base hassling them daily for a definitive release date however since reneging on their original October schedule they’ve stayed tight lipped, offering nothing more concrete than lines like ‘sooner than you think’ which was posted earlier this month via their official twitter account along with the final track listing that features a total of 18 cuts and fan favourites So Devilish, Herb Shuttles and Gold Soul Theory. Off the basis of these afore mentioned tracks we’re expecting big things from Dash and Ak and their debut release, in the meantime however we’ll just have to suffice with the songs above.
