Your favourite Melbourne collective, ESESE or Eastern Seaboard Electric Soul Experience have been teasing us over the past six months, releasing the occasional brilliant jam track every now and then, leaving us thirsty for more neck-breaking grooves. I’m pleased to announce some great news, your thirst is about to be quenched.

ESESE have just released their debut seven-track EP Act 1: Hancoq, and it’s just the perfect amount of perfection I expected. The EP is packed with features from other Melbourne greats (Baro, LostBeat, Ocdantar, Cazeaux O.S.L.O, Tiaryn, Mitch and Hyper Bolivia) all of which merge exquisitely with the slick vocal/production skills of Hudson James Jr, and the man with the wicked rhymes, Hancoq.

Listen to this beautifully crafted package of wow and create the vibe for the rest of your week, maybe even for the rest of your summer, maybe the rest of your lifetime. Heavy.
